1. ORDERING

1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

1.2 How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.3 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1.4 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and we also accept cash on delivery.

1.5 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “Order Tracking” by adding order number and email.

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Using our trusted courier service; Royal mail we deliver our items out to UK mainland. We also ship out to Canada, The USA and Republic of Ireland and to most Chanel Islands. Mainland Europe counties are all covered by our courier service. If you need one of our products but are based outside of these countries, then get in touch for a competitive delivery quote.

During these unprecedented times our deliveries run as normal, but our couriers offer contact-free deliveries. This means the driver can leave the parcel at the door with no hand to hand contact.

Standard Delivery Service (Order before 3pm)

  • Cost: £3.99 (Free delivery for orders over £50.00)
  • Delivered by Royal Mail (2-3) Working days
  • Channel Island Deliveries would incur an additional £1.99

Express Delivery Service (Order Before 2PM)

  • Cost: £5.99
  • 1-2 working days for delivery
  • Delivered by Royal Mail
  • Channel Island Deliveries would incur an additional £1.99

EUROPE – Germany, Italy, France & Spain

  • Cost: £14.99
  • Delivered by Royal Mail (7-12) UK Working days
  • All International orders are sent out on Monday-Friday
  • Delivered by Royal Mail

Express Delivery Service (Order Before 2PM)

  • Cost: £18.99
  • Delivered by Royal Mail (7-12) UK Working days

REBUPLIC OF IRELAND

  • Cost: £11.99
  • Delivered by Royal Mail (5-10) UK Working days

Please Note: International deliveries are all subject to payment clearance before dispatch. Delivery addresses cannot be amended, so please ensure the correct delivery name and address is provided at checkout. 

Royal Mail will be delivering your item to you selected delivery address. For whatever reason you are not home to accept the delivery, a delivery attempt note shall be left through your post box. You would need to receive your parcel at your local royal mail post office. If your item is retuned back to sender it would incur a standard delivery charge of £3.99 to send the item back out.
